Goodmornin all! I am stuck doing Overtime after being sucked in by the powers that be at work. However I wanted to take some time out to let you know how i have been travelling. Apart from putting 100% into eating and working out, I have been feeling like I may have to make a decsision. I have spoken about my dilema in previous posts. The ISSUE is how much time do you give a trainer-program and diet creator, when you do not feel you are getting what you wanted in the way of support and results. I understand once given the tools(which I already had) to build a better figure, it is up to the builder not the designer. But what If you are doing all that has been planned out for more than a few months to no avail? I feel I want to stay committed to this trainer until nov 1 when I will have had to have made a decision to continue on my own with my extra remindering of how to cut up and diet down for a figure comp-the training aspect I have in the bag. Or I will have to choose to either stay with current trainer-unlikely or go with a more expensive online training provider (MBS).
It is hard to hear you arent gaining enough substantial muscle when you are going all out in a way you didnt think would help in the first place. I handed over the reigns so to speak hesitantly but trustingly and now feel that they have been let go of.
If anyone has any comments on what to do let me know-ideally I am looking for someone who would just workout my 12 week contest diet including the last week (cho dep water etc if necessary-and the cardio portion.the workout weight side of things i want to do myself-if you know of anyone out there who could help me out in the future(maybe now maybe next year) please email me at Jewel_warburton@racv.com.au as I really do feel lost.
The good thing about this week is that I have gone back to my supplements and have been able to work out which exercises work best when using my hooks:)
last night I went to pole dancing and had a ball as per usual.
Opps here comes the boss-speak to you soon!
About Me

- Many little girls dream of becoming a dancer when young. I was one of them and did, as well as teaching in many areas of this art form. However I made the change to becoming a gym trainer and eventually a competitor in Figure. After being diagnosed with two interlinked "conditions" I pushed on to continue competing as sportsmodel, however wish to return to compete in figure. This blog is to show those who feel certain conditions in any area of their lives can be overcome to still reach their full potential and dreams. This blog is my journey to overcome obstacles and inspire others to do the same.
